Our Extra Heavy Great Maytham teak garden arm chair is the Rolls Royce of garden chairs and is one of our best sellers as it has comfort, style, a high back and is really chunky.
The most striking aspect of this Outdoor Teak Garden Arm Chair is the classic traditional styling of the wide scrolled arms which makes it stand out from other seats regardless of where it is situated. In order for us to create such an effect we have used a huge 8 x 8 cm framework, reversed the standard seat slats so they now run front to back, engineered the seat to contour the bottom and adjusted the back rail height for optimum seating. We have also rounded the front edge of the Chair seat for extra comfort. In all, this Outdoor Teak Garden Arm Chair is handsome, comfortable and built to withstand both domestic and commercial use.
All of our garden arm chairs are ethically sourced and delivered fully assembled with a 10 year peace of mind guarantee. Personalised wood engravings, images and plaques can be placed on the top back rail and the lower back rail.

IMPORTANT NOTICE To achieve 25 years + of use, all Outdoor Teak Garden Arm Chairs should be Polyurethane (expanding foam) glued, Teak dowelled then clamped for 24hrs to ensure that there is no movement in the construction. Although this is an expensive and time consuming process, it is what we do with everyone of our Outdoor Wood Chairs before we deliver. Be aware of buying flat packed outdoor chairs made with cheap glues as wood naturally expands and contracts when left outside so if they are not joined securely they will, after a few seasons, wobble and fail.
